|Who We Need
- Work together with the sales, editorial and tech teams to manage and schedule ad inventory on our publications according to client campaign requirements using DFP
- Ensure that ad materials are submitted in the correct formats and dimensions so that they appear correctly
- Work with editorial team to prepare and send out weekly EDMs and newsletters for all our publications using the newsletter app of our choice
- Monitor and report performance of newsletter campaigns
- Suggesting ways to improve performance of ads and email marketing
- Create detailed reports at the end of each campaign for submission to sales teams
Client support Executive
- Manage submissions of creative from client to ensure that they meet specifications.
- Working closely with sales team, editorial team and clients on creative and technical inquiries for marketing campaigns. And experience in DFP
- Managing media inventory day-to-day, including campaign trafficking, delivery, optimization on an ad management system. Generating weekly/end of campaign reports and presenting them to clients
- Managing weekly creation and delivery of newsletters and its database.
- Generate reports at the end of campaigns.
- Extract and interpret information from various analytics apps that Tickled media uses.
- Create case studies for high performing campaigns.
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals.
- Work with the sales team and meet potential clients.
